TOUR DESCRIPTIONS :
CONQUEST OF PARADISE TOUR (14 days / 14 nights)
JHB - Lowveld - Kruger Park - Swaziland - Zululand (St Lucia) - Oribi Gorge - Wild Coast - Hogsback - Garden Route - Route 62 - Cape Town
This is the "Big One" and our premier motorcycle tour. Enjoy the magnificence of the absolute best of South Africa. Starting
in Johannesburg, the tour begins with a bang as the ride heads east meandering down into the lush Lowveld bushveld via a myriad
of excellent mountain passes and ports. A Big 5 Bush Camp experience will be enjoyed into the Kruger National Park excursion.
Then it's into Swaziland, often dubbed 'Switzerland in Africa' before heading back into South Africa and down through Zululand
(Kwazulu Natal). Our first of two rest days will be spent exploring the Greater St Lucia Estuary Wetlands Park a UNESCO World
Heritage site. Back on the bikes and down through the subtropical Kwazulu Natal and an overnight above the spectacular Oribi
Gorge. Then it's down through the untamed 'Wild Coast' and yet more beautiful scenery and an overnight on the Wild Coast.
Riding through the Wild Coast we will top to pay homage to Nelson Mandela's hometown before tracking inland and up to misty
magical Hogsback - famed for inspiring much of JRR Tolkien's 'Lord of the Rings' trilogy. Heading back to the coast the world
famous Garden Route looms in your visor as we stop in Storm River for your second rest day on the edge of the Tsitsikamma
Forest. A canopy tour through the forest will be an option, or try the world longest Bungee at over 200 meters. South Africa
has been referred to as the world in one country, you would be forgiven to think that you've seen it all… until the mountainous
Route 62 meanders before you into the Klein Karoo (little Karoo) and a night spent on this beautifully rugged sparsely populated
semi desert. Before reaching Cape Town we ride to the continents most Southern Point at Cape Agulhas. Our last full day will
take you into Cape Town and the Cape Peninsula will be your Oyster as you ride in via possibly the world's most spectacular
coastal ride (R44 to Gordon's bay via Betty's Bay - see 'Long Way Down' final episode). The fairest Cape has been reached
and you have Conquered Paradise. Your last day will explore the Peninsula before returning the bikes.
LOWVELD LEGEND TOUR (7 days / 7 nights)
JHB - Northern Drakensburg Passes - Lowveld Region - Kruger National Park - JHB
Lowveld Legend, our standard tour offering departing and returning to Johannesburg; rides out via the
highveld (highlands) plains before plunging down the mighty Northern Drakensburg Range and into the
warm lowveld (lowlands). The week is spent exploring this land of myth and legend where transport
riders hunted wild game on their treks transporting supplies to the gold fields which attracted thousand
of starry eyed fortune seekers. The tour boasts the highest concentration of Spectacular Mountain passes
on the planet today. A rest day will be enjoyed at a rustic but comfortable Bush Camp on the edge of
the Kruger Park (both Hippo and Python have been observed in addition to Fish eagle and many other
wildlife visitors at the Camp). The day will be spent 'Big 5' Game viewing from the seat of an open
safari vehicle in the massive Kruger Park (18, 989 sq km); the area is famous for thousands of indigenous
species of animals, birds, insects and much more all in their natural habitat. The week will include
excellent riding and a ride up to Swaziland. Spectacular scenery throughout the week will be your experience.
SOUTHERN SPEAR TOUR (9 days / 9 nights)
JHB - Northern Drakensburg - Lowveld - Kruger Park - Swaziland - Zululand - Golden Gate - JHB
Southern Spear is a raggedy loop starting and finishing in Johannesburg; an extension to the 'Lowveld Legend'
via Swaziland and into Northern Kwazulu Natal before meeting the subtropical east coast and the St Lucia Estuary.
A rest day is spent in the beautiful St Lucia Estuary, the St Lucia Wetlands Park a UNESCO World Heritage Site;
offering a spectacular day trip to remember. Continuing through Zululand and up to the spectacular Oribi Gorge
for an overnight stop. We enjoy the rural Kwazulu Natal Zululand and ride through the quaint Midlands Meander
and pass through the foothills of the Drakensburg Mountain Range making a breathtaking entry into the beautiful Golden
Gate National Park; passing via its craggy golden sandstone formations to the arty village of Clarens nestling below the
mighty 'Berg'. After a week of great riding, spectacular scenery, good food and friendly banter its back to the metropolis
of Johannesburg. A city tour can be arranged prior to your flight home.

Motorcycle Rentals
We are able to facilitate the rental of current model low mileage motorcycles which can include
panniers, top boxes, GPS rental and motorbike kit within Southern Africa.

Baggage Requirements :
- 2 x Standard Bags as per International Flights (90cm x 75cm x 43cm)
- Excess baggage can be stored or couriered
- Top Boxes are standard on all the bikes
